An innovative pack from RPC Bebo UK for a houmous dip and sauce combination has been shortlisted for a prestigious packaging award.
The Nando’s Houmous and Peri-Peri drizzle pack is nominated in the Rigid Plastic Pack of the Year category of the UK Packaging Awards.
RPC Bebo’s bespoke pack solution comprises a thermoformed clear PET pot with a specially-designed lid that holds the bottle of Peri-Peri sauce. Supplying the sauce in a separate bottle to be poured onto the dip as required allows consumers to control the strength of the houmous and dip combination, as well as helping to extend the product’s shelf-life.
The lid holds the bottle separately and securely, while ensuring it is visible on display.
Winners of the UK Packaging Awards will be announced at a gala evening at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel in October.Back to news articles
