Bebo Future Leader Development Programme
The RPC Bebo Development Programme 2018 reached its final stage in November with the presentation of the individual projects prepared by each participant to Pim Vervaat, senior managers and members of the Group Executive team.
The eight members of the programme from sites across six countries have undergone personal development training in leadership, effective negotiating, and personal effectiveness over the last 12 months while delivering projects which bring tangible cross-site benefits to the division.
The programme will now start its third year as the Bebo - Promens Development Programme. The 2019 cohort attended the presentations before embarking on an initial session to set the scene and prepare the group for what is expected to be a challenging and rewarding year ahead.
